What is OurGuests?
OurGuests is property management software for India: a PG management app, rent tracking app and study library app in one. It keeps rent, deposits, electricity bills, maintenance requests and tenant documents in one place, for you and your tenants.
Is OurGuests free?
Yes. OurGuests is free to use today, with every feature included. No credit card is needed to sign up.
Can I use OurGuests for a hostel?
Yes. A boys’ or girls’ hostel works like a PG in OurGuests: add rooms with their beds and rent per bed, and track every tenant’s rent, deposit and electricity share.
Does OurGuests work in Hindi?
Yes. The whole app works in English and Hindi, and each owner and tenant can switch language at any time.
How do tenants pay rent?
Tenants pay you directly, in cash or by UPI. If you add your UPI ID, their Pay Rent button opens their UPI app with the amount filled in. You record the payment, and their balance updates for both of you.
How is the electricity bill split?
By the days each tenant was actually there. Enter the room’s meter reading and OurGuests splits the bill fairly and adds each share to the tenant’s account. You can try it with our free electricity bill split calculator.

Is my data safe?
