Rent becomes due on its own

Set each tenant’s rent and when it falls due: on the 1st of the month, or on the same date every month from the day they moved in. OurGuests adds each month’s rent on its due date, so the balance is always current. If you change a tenant’s rent, it applies from their next cycle and the old and new amounts are both kept.

Record every payment in seconds

Record cash, UPI, bank transfer or other payments with the date they were received. Part payments, advance payments and deposits are all handled: anything paid ahead is carried forward as a credit, and one tenant’s credit never hides another tenant’s dues.

Tenants can pay by UPI

Add your UPI ID once. Your tenants’ Pay Rent button opens their UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others) with your UPI ID and the amount due filled in. The money goes directly to you; OurGuests never holds it. You record the payment and the tenant is notified.

See who owes what, across all your properties

Your home screen shows total rent due across every property, how many tenants owe, and which properties need attention. Tap through to the rooms or tenants with dues. Tenants get a reminder when rent falls due and a notification when you record their payment.
