OurGuestsHalls, seats and shifts, set up your way
Add each hall with its number of seats and choose how it works: fixed seats, where every student has a numbered seat in their shift, or free seating, where students take any empty seat and only the number of students is limited. One library can have both, for example a reserved AC hall and a general hall.
Set your opening hours and your shifts (morning, evening, full day or any time window you like), each with its own monthly fee. The app shows how many seats are free in every shift before you admit a student.

Admit students in under a minute
Students do not need an account or an app. You admit them at the counter with their name, phone, hall, shift and seat, and an optional security deposit. For students under 18, the app asks for a parent or guardian’s name, phone and consent, as Indian data protection rules require.
Need to move someone? Change their seat in a tap. When a student leaves, end the membership: the seat is freed, the deposit is settled and their payment history is kept.
Fees, dues and reminders
Each student’s monthly fee falls due on the same date every month, counted from the day they joined. The Today list shows who is due today and who is overdue, and one tap sends a polite fee reminder on WhatsApp.
Record fees paid in cash, by UPI or bank transfer. Every student has a full payment history, with edits and voids kept on record, and late fees or discounts can be added as adjustments.

Private by design
Only you see your students’ details. Contact details of former students are removed automatically six months after their last membership ends, so you are not holding personal data you no longer need.
